This light is whimsical and so easy to assemble. It illuminates our entry hall every 4th of July. Choose a color combination that suits your fancy. Your color choices are limited only by the availability of colored mini lights. (On Valentine’s Day, I use just the red bowl on the kitchen counter. It is stunning after dark.) |
You will need three sturdy, stackable bowl-shaped vases and three strings of colored lights. The white strand shown has 35 mini bulbs, the red and blue have 50 each. The light strands that you buy will depend upon the bowl capacity that you choose.
Nestle one color strand into each vase, leaving the plug ends hanging over the back of each bowl. To light, plug all three into a near-by outlet or use an extension cord. |
