You will need a remnant of plywood from a lumberyard (the size shown here is 24” x 31”), carpet tacks, a hammer and several pairs of old jeans. |
Cut out fronts, backs, individual pockets and waistbands from two or three pairs of jeans. Lay the cut outs on the board so that they overlap each other and wrap around to the back. You can turn under raw edges or leave them exposed to fray. Once you have a design that you like, hammer onto the plywood using carpet tacks every inch or two. Use two belt loops as hangers.
